We will issue a return authorization and provide instructions for returning the defective or damaged items. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the product. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will offer you the option of a replacement, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for ammunition that has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
In the event you received the incorrect order of ammunition, please reach out to simsammunition@gmail so we can further investigate. We will make it right if we make a mistake so don’t worry.
A full refund will be issued for defective or damaged items, credited to your original payment method.
If preferred, you may choose to receive store credit for future purchases.
We can also replace the defective or damaged product at no additional cost.
Please double-check your order before completing the checkout process. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified due to the speed at which we process orders. If you refuse delivery or fail to provide accurate shipping details, you will be responsible for shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
If a return is authorized due to damage or defects, Sims Ammunition will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
