We cannot ship directly to New York City or surrounding areas. Ammunition orders within New York State must be shipped to a licensed ammunition dealer or federal firearms licensee (FFL), who will then transfer the ammunition to the buyer after completing a background check.
For customers outside of Chicago, we require a valid Firearm Owner's Identification (FOID) card and matching government-issued ID before shipping any ammunition. Chicago addresses are restricted.
Orders to these states must include the required firearm/ammunition permits before shipping can occur.
We do not ship ammunition to any address in Massachusetts due to state laws.
Shipping to Washington, D.C. is prohibited.
We are unable to ship ammunition to these states due to high shipping costs and regulatory restrictions.
Once your order has been delivered to the shipping address, Sims Ammunition is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking information for assistance.
