Sims Ammunition currently ships to the lower 48 U.S. states. We do not ship to locations where ammunition sales are restricted, including but not limited to:
Massachusetts
Chicago, Illinois
New York City
For states with specific documentation requirements (e.g., Illinois, Connecticut, New Jersey), you must provide a valid copy of your Firearm Owner’s Identification (FOID) card or equivalent, along with matching government-issued ID, prior to completing your order.
Once your order is delivered to the shipping address, ownership and responsibility for the product transfer to you. Sims Ammunition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
Sims Ammunition strives to ensure that every product arrives in excellent condition. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect ammunition due to shipping errors, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of your order. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund, at our discretion.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, and inspected by our warehouse team upon receipt.

You will not export any ammunition outside of the United States.
